It’s easy to get the latest hair coloring trends! Changing your hair color doesn’t have to be drastic! Think of Highlights and Lowlights as a pop color instead of a full transformation-they can be used either to brighten or deepen. Although, the two terms use the word “light” each of them has a different purpose of hair. Highlights and Lowlights mean that they both share the coloring of strands in hair by using paper or freehand technique to create a contrast effect with your base color. These sections should always be combined perfectly, and it can only be done with a magical touch, of hairdressing!
What are Highlights?
The main purpose of adding highlights to your hair is to brighten up the overall color of your hair, adding softness and dimension to it. Never go more than 3 shades lighter.
