Top Billing always a winner
“I've been wearing Top Billing 12 for about 6 years now. I wanted to try a new color and was looking for the best price I could find. Best Wig Outlet had a very competitive price. Service was very good and received my product exactly when they said it would arrive. I also like the fact they offer a payment plan through their billing vendor Shop Pay. Always helpful when on a tight budget. I have noticed Top Billing 12 does seem a little thinner than it used to be about 4 years ago but same price. I still make it work because I've learned to style it to suit my needs. I don't think this topper is a "wear right out of the box" item. You need to work with it a little to fluff it up and maybe trim it up a bit. There are a lot of instructional videos on YT to help you with this.”
